Cancellation Policy

I understand that unanticipated events may happen. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following applies:

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED 24 HOURS PRIOR TO SCHEDULED SESSION

This allows the opportunity for other clients to make use of our valuable time. If Optimum Massage is not notified 24 hours before scheduled appointment there will be 50% cancellation fee.

This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. If you are using gift vouchers and you fail to give 24 hours cancellation notice your gift voucher will be used to cover the 50% fee. If there is a remaining balance on your gift voucher this will be carried forward to your next appointment.

Please also note that should Optimum Massage have to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will receive your next appointment at half price.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive your practitioner will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of your treatment you will be responsible for the full session.

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients please plan accordingly and be on time.

SAFETY

I have the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime. This includes the use of drugs, alcohol, sexual comments/remarks or any behaviour that I feel is inappropriate. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and follow a strict code of ethics that I uphold at all times. This is for my safety as well as for each of our clients.
